A pioneering entrepreneur in the U.S. housing market, Caraballo previously co-founded Quinn Residences alongside Michael Simanovsky of Conversant Capital, helping shape one of the country’s largest privately held Build-To-Rent platforms. Together, they raised over $1 billion in equity in just 18 months, delivered more than 7,000 homes, and achieved purchasing power exceeding $4 billion—experience that continues to inform and elevate every EverHome Living project today.
